Yoga classes consist of breath work, postures and relaxation techniques. Classes are open to adults of all levels and experience.

Chinese Yoga/Tai Chi/Qigong on Thursday Nights

Chinese Yoga (Tai Chi/Qigong) is comprised of gentle, graceful healing meditation and movement with awareness to body, breath and mind. With consistent practice it harmonizes the body (improving balance, strength and “exibility), calms the mind and the emotions, and increases overall con$dence, and a general sense of well-being. It has been practiced in China for thousands of years with remarkable results

Jan – May 2017 at the Truro Clubhouse

We are offering two 8-week sessions as follows:

  • Session I: January 9 – March 13 (no classes on 2/13)
  • Session II: March 20 – May 22 (no classes on 4/10 and 4/17)

Classes are from 7:00 – 8:15pm.


**$60 per session for Yoga or Tai Chi ($120 for both sessions); $10 drop-in rate per class**
