The Truro Clubhouse is air conditioned, with free WIFI, a modern kitchen and ADA compliant restrooms, and has a capacity of 98 persons sitting at tables, or 211 persons with chairs or standing. Rental includes ten 4’x6′ tables and eight 4′ diameter circular tables, plus chairs. Please review the pictures of the facility, set out below.
The facility is available for parties and family events for either THA or TCC members. Both the Clubhouse and Pool are available for rental, but the pool may only be rented by TCC members.
Click here for the Clubhouse/Pool reservation forms and rental agreement. Fill out the forms and submit or deliver them to the Reservation Chairperson. Reservations are not final until the these documents and separate checks for the rental fee and deposit are delivered to our reservation chairperson. The clubhouse keys will be made available before the event at a mutually convenient time.

Important Notes
New Snow Policy:
Whenever the Fairfax County Government is closed as a result of either a snow or ice storm, the club house will also be closed. The facility will not be available for THA/TCC events, such as yoga or scout use. As for existing rentals, the renter will have the choice of either cancelling the event or reimbursing THA for the cost of snow removal, if the renter wishes to proceed with the event. After the snow or ice event, a member of the Board of Directors will perform an on sight review of parking lot to determine whether it is now safe to reopen the club house and parking lots.
Friday and Saturday night parties involving guests primarily under the age of 18 must end at 11:30pm, as opposed to 12 midnight in order to insure compliance with the Virginia law regarding curfew for drivers 18 and under (no driving from 12am—4am).
Please consult the TCC Manual (Clubhouse/Pool Reservations) for rules and regulations in renting the facility. Please carefully note the requirements under Virginia’s ABC laws. The facility is not available for rental on the Memorial Day and Fourth of July weekends, or Fridays before swim and dive meets.
